Nuvix - Support

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, using Nuvix, or accessing any of its features, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These two documents together form the entire agreement between you and Nuvix.

Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
NOT be a resident of a country subject to OFAC, UN, EU, or equivalent international sanctions.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify Nuvix of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

⚠ IMPORTANT: Nuvix will NEVER ask for your password by email or chat.

3. Tokens & Virtual Rewards

3.1 Definition

"Token", "Coin", "Points", or "Rewards" refers exclusively to digital units generated by the Platform's internal algorithm and issued to users as virtual rewards for their activity on the Platform. Tokens are not issued, endorsed, or recognized by any government, central bank, or financial authority.

3.2 Tokens Are Strictly Non-Monetary

You expressly, knowingly, and irrevocably acknowledge and agree that Tokens:

Are purely virtual internal rewards with ZERO intrinsic or extrinsic monetary value.
Are NOT and shall never be considered legal tender, fiat currency, electronic money, securities, financial instruments, derivatives, investment products, or any regulated financial asset under any jurisdiction.
Do NOT represent any ownership interest, equity stake, debt obligation, share, voting right, or claim of any kind against Nuvix, its founders, affiliates, or any related entity.
CANNOT be exchanged, converted, sold, transferred, pledged, or redeemed for any fiat currency, cryptocurrency, stablecoin, goods, or services — unless Nuvix explicitly activates such a feature in a future, separately regulated release.
Are NOT backed by any reserve fund, asset, collateral, or guarantee of any nature whatsoever.
Have NO guaranteed monetary value, present or future, and no value can ever be implied by the Platform's name, marketing, or any communication.

3.3 No Expectation of Profit

⚠ Tokens must NEVER be acquired with any expectation of profit, financial return, appreciation, or investment gain. Any person who treats Tokens as a financial investment does so entirely at their own risk, contrary to these Terms, and Nuvix disclaims all liability for such conduct.

3.4 Creator's Reserved Rights

Nuvix and its founders retain the absolute, unconditional, and irrevocable right to:

Modify, reduce, suspend, cancel, or permanently reset any or all Token balances at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice, justification, compensation, or liability of any kind.
Change, modify, or completely overhaul Token issuance rates, mining mechanics, reward algorithms, referral bonuses, or any distribution rule at any time without notice.
Introduce, modify, restrict, or permanently remove any feature related to Tokens, including any potential future exchange, redemption, or conversion mechanism.
Determine unilaterally, at their sole discretion, whether, when, how, and under what conditions any Token may ever acquire any form of value, utility, or exchangeability.
Permanently shut down the Platform, terminate all Token balances, and discontinue all services at any time, without any obligation to compensate, reimburse, or notify users beyond reasonable prior notice where technically feasible.
Reject, void, or forfeit any Token balance obtained through fraud, manipulation, abuse, automated systems, or any violation of these Terms.

3.5 Risk Acknowledgment

Users expressly acknowledge the following risks inherent to virtual rewards:

Total and permanent loss of Tokens due to technical failures, cyberattacks, or Platform shutdown.
Regulatory changes in any jurisdiction that may restrict or prohibit Token-related activities.
Changes to Token mechanics that may reduce or eliminate any perceived value.
No recourse, refund, or compensation for any of the above events.

4. Anti-Fraud, KYC, and AML Compliance

4.1 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), sanctions screening, and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations in your jurisdiction and internationally. Nuvix may request identity verification documents at any time, and access to certain features may be conditional on completing KYC.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

Engage in or facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, proliferation financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
Circumvent Token limits, manipulate reward or referral systems, or use bots or automated tools to accumulate Tokens.
Operate on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any sanctioned person, entity, or country.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or jurisdiction.
Spam, hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.

4.3 Monitoring & Reporting

Nuvix may monitor accounts and transactions for suspicious activity at any time.
Nuvix may report suspicious or illegal activity to authorities.
You consent to retention and disclosure of records for compliance purposes.

4.4 Account Restrictions & Forfeiture

Accounts or Tokens may be frozen, suspended, or terminated for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.
Tokens acquired through abuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms may be permanently forfeited.
Nuvix is not liable for any losses resulting from these enforcement actions.

5. Use of the Services

You must use the Platform lawfully, honestly, and responsibly at all times. You must not:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of any third party.
Post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harmful.
Spam, hack, manipulate, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, algorithms, designs, and technology on the Services are the exclusive property of Nuvix and its founders, protected under international intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Nuvix a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content solely in connection with operating and improving the Services.

7. Identity Verification (KYC)

You may need to complete KYC verification to access certain features, participate in reward programs, or when Nuvix determines it necessary for compliance purposes.
Failure or refusal to complete KYC when requested may result in limited access, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

8. Taxes

You are solely and entirely responsible for determining, reporting, and fulfilling all tax obligations, duties, and reporting requirements applicable to your use of the Platform and any Tokens in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to income tax, capital gains tax, VAT, or any other applicable levy.

Nuvix does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of Tokens in any jurisdiction. Consult a qualified tax professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Nuvix is not liable for any loss or forfeiture of Tokens, data, profits, or business opportunities.
Nuvix is not liable for service interruptions, technical failures, bugs, or cyberattacks.
Nuvix is not liable for any regulatory change in any jurisdiction that affects Token value, Platform operations, or user access.
Nuvix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature.
Nuvix is not liable for any action taken in good-faith compliance with its legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Nuvix to any user for any claim shall not exceed USD $100 or the equivalent in local currency.

10. Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nuvix, its founders, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of any provision of these Terms.
Your fraud, illegal activity, or sanctions violations.
Your misuse of Tokens or the Services.
Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Any content you submit that causes harm to a third party.

11. Termination

Nuvix may suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, legal compliance requirements, or at its sole and absolute discretion.
On termination, your rights to access the Services end immediately, all Token balances are permanently forfeited with no right to compensation or recovery, and content or Tokens may be deleted.
Sections 3, 6, 9, 10, 12, and 14 of these Terms survive termination and remain in full force.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction chosen by Nuvix, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the chosen arbitration body in the designated jurisdiction.
Users waive the right to class action proceedings where permitted by applicable law.

13. Modifications to Terms

Nuvix may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, users will be notified via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Cooperation with Authorities

You consent to Nuvix disclosing your account information, transaction records, Token balances, and any other relevant data to law enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, tax authorities, or government bodies when required by applicable law, court order, or subpoena, or when Nuvix reasonably determines such disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, illegal activity, or sanctions violations.

15. Data Protection

Nuvix processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including:

EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — for users in the European Economic Area.
UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 — for users in the United Kingdom.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — for users in California, USA.
All other applicable national data protection laws.

Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and restrict processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

16. Force Majeure

Nuvix shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, governmental actions, regulatory changes, wars, power outages, internet disruptions, or failures of blockchain or third-party networks.

17. Miscellaneous

No waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions continue in full force.
Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuvix and supersede all prior understandings.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights; Nuvix may assign freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Language: These Terms are the authoritative version. In case of conflict with any translation, the English version shall prevail.
